WALT: write a narrative using dialogue

Task Description: this week for writing we had to write a a narrative about the photo that is below this writing and below the photo is my writing this is how much i have wrote. it was nice writing this narrative. it made me learn more at witting a narrative.

Once upon a time in the dark frosty place at night there were two horses, one duck, a lizard and a pumpkin that was so big. In the dark forest there was a princess named Angel. She was on a horse. It was all good until something happened there was a dark shadow that went past “What's that noise?'' said Angel Quietly. She was scared. Angel Quickly jumped off the horse and went off looking for where the dark shadow went as soon as she got to this big green bush she was so nervous. She heard this weird noise inside the bush so she went to the bush and touched it. “Ouch said Angel that was so sore this bush is so spicky and hard” So Angel went off and the shadow came back Angel saw it and ran off. She was so confused where she was running she went the wrong way so she was lost, and she couldn't find her way to her horse so she cried. She was so sad that she never found her horse.

One way to be a good daughter.

Do you know what it is like to be a good daughter or son here is how.This writing is mostly about how you can  be a good son or daughter.this is an example if you want to be a good  daughter you should always say yes to your parents and clean up after yourself.

It is very important to always show kindness towards others. Although this can be difficult at times, it is important to show kindness to your parents because it shows that you respect them. For example, when you really want to go somewhere with your friends and your parents tell you to have to stay home and look after your little siblings, it’s important to remember that your parents have your best interests in mind.

one way to be a good daughter is to talk nicely to your parents. By telling them how much you appreciate them, and  answering back to your parents in a positive manner that you are showing your parents how much they mean to you.  Whenever your parents ask you to do something it is important that you listen and respond in a timely and respectful manner. For example, when mum asks you to put away the laundry, you should immediately respond by saying, “yes mum” as you stand up and put the laundry away without a scowl on your face just a smile.

Another way to show that you are a good daughter is by your actions. By being helpful around the house you are showing your parents that you respect them. For example, when your bed is made and your room is clean you are showing that you respect your living space. This also comes into play when you complete your chores without being asked. So, when you wake up in the morning or get home from school, immediately vacuum the house, put away the dishes and take out the rubbish and put it in the bin. 

Anyone can be a good daughter if you follow these steps.you can be a good daughter by cleaning or doing stuff without being asked.Like if you get home for training you should go shower without being asked.

Anyone has the ability to be a good daughter. By showing kindness, listening to your parents, and being helpful you are showing your parents that you love them and respect them. What else can you do in your life to be a good daughter?

The picnic

On friday on the point england reserve we did a picnic. what we did at the picnic was team one had to go to swim. then when the year ones finished year two had to get changed and wait until mr burt says that they can swim. the games were volleyball and cricket and baseball and we get to play on the park. then year two finished and they had to get changed then mr burt called the year threes to come and swim. then when they went to swim the other people get changed and we had fun forever.

At Athletics

First of all on friday at school on the field we did athletics. what group one did first was dodgeball what we did for dodgeball was one team was the green team and the blue team then the Coach said 3 2 1 and we had to grab the ball and throw the ball at the person and then the person is out.

Next we went to the rope challenge. The blue and yellow team went first. they had to pull the rope and wait until the coach say go then the team was pulling the ropes and the team that won was blue. then the other teams that was green and red went. what green and red had to do was go on one side and when the coach say go and we went to pull the rope and the team that won was green.

After that we went to the high jump. what we did for high jump was if we were left handed we have to stand where the left side was and if you were right handed you have to stand on the right side. then we went to run one by one and jump. Later on we did relays with mr Goodwin. we had to stand in lines and when mr Goodwin say go we had to run fast.

In the end we did volleyball and for volley there was a coach that had to do the points. we went on two teams together. the team that had to serve was the blue team.

The solar eclipse 2017

What is a solar eclipse?

Introduction

A solar eclipse happened in America this week. It turned dark in the middle of the day.

Paragraph 1

What i know about the sun and the moon is that the moon was in front of the sun .  So the  moon stopped the light coming to earth.  Then the sun came back out.and it was daylight again.

Paragraph 2

This happens because the earth orbits the sun and the moon orbits the earth..

Conclusion

The next total eclipse in new zealand will be on 22nd july 2028.

Making a helicopter

What we made was a helicopter first you cut the side of the paper then you cut the strait line then you fold the dotted line and you cut the ater side then you fold the bottom and put the paperclip on the paper then we were planing with it at the hall and it spun and spun then we stopped and lined up to go class when we went to class we were writing about it and it was cool.
